Spare Tire Bushing Extensions

from $9.95

If you have aftermarket wheels and/or tires, there may be a significant gap between your tire and the rubber bushings on the tailgate.

These extensions bridge the gap between the stock bushings and your aftermarket wheels/tires. They do not require any modifications to the existing bushings, nor any adhesive. Installation is easy, just slide the extension over the existing bushing, then mount the aftermarket tire/wheel.

Please refer to the provided offset guide. These offset references are based on my experience and extrapolating with simple calculations. There is a lot of variability in tire shapes (width and sidewall design). Ford also has different length tire carriers for Sas vs non Sas. My chart is based off of my non-Sas tire carrier, for Sas you may want to subtract ~0.75”.

FOR BEST RESULTS PLEASE MEASURE YOUR OFFSET

-The distance between the rubber bushing and the tire-

The extensions pictured (mine) are fitted to 0mm offset rims mounted with 12.5”x37” Tires on a non-Sas tire carrier. I can easily customize the offset to your needs. Sold as a pair.
