Ram Ball Style Mount

from $14.99

For those who need their devices held steady over the roughest terrain, the ram ball style mounts offer a great alternative to the magnetic phone mount. Our mounts are a cost-effective way to mount your favorite accessories directly to the accessory rail.

This mount utilizes the standard 1” (~25mm) diameter ball.

Disclaimer: you can attach serious equipment with Ram Ball Style mounts, and as you can see in the photos, these mounts are reinforced with a carbon fiber core, and only offered in temperature resistant materials. The limiting factor to this set up will most likely be the accessory rail. If possible, try to dead weight your larger attachments on the dashboard to relieve some of the load.

Buyers Guide:

*PLA looks great but is not currently offered on this design.

*PETG is more resistant to higher vehicle temperatures than PLA, but may not be suitable for the hottest climates. (glossier finish)

*ASA offers the best thermal resistance of these options, plenty strong but not as tough as PETG. (Matte finish)

Details on any of these three materials, including in automotive applications, are available online. Please read up on these before deciding what is right for you. Feedback on additional materials or design considerations is welcome!
